Hoping that this message finds you all well, happy and healthy during this time of lock down.
I would like to send my message to you of love and support and will be posting some short videos of mindfulness practice that you may like to try with those in your bubble?
We have found ourselves in a space that we probably never expected to be in. By being mindful and keeping ourselves in the moment, we can find ways to accept what is going on for us right now.
A simple thing to do, if you are feeling anxious or stressed is to stop, sit comfortably, take three deep breaths with your eyes closed, then open them and look around you. Centre on the things that make you feel happy or settled - your family, your pets, the sunshine, some pretty flowers - whatever works for you.
Remember be kind to yourself and those around you.
