We have a new year, some new friends, new activities and new learning to do. We are still waiting for a few of our friends to come back to school. We hope to see you soon.
We haven't had a great start to the year what with the flooding and now Cyclone Gabrielle. I hope that you are all safe and will let us know if you need anything.

Getting to know each other: I would really love it if you could tell me a little about yourselves. Tell me about your family, things that you like to do by yourself and with your Whānau, your favourite food, sport, tv program, colour and friend.
My name is Whaea Karen. I have a 23 year old daughter, her name is Savana. We have 2 dogs and 4 cats. I like to paint, sing, cook, watch movies, get out in the garden on dry days and go walking with Mrs Browne (my Mum) and the dogs. My favourite colour is purple. I have 15 tattoos and many peircings. My favourite animal is a tiger. I collect Tiger, Dragon and Dolphin ornaments. Savana and I have been binge watching Criminal Minds over the holidays. We are now at Season 14. I don't want it to end.
I love taking photos so I hope that you will get to see lots of photos or our Tamariki doing our classroom activities.
